Returns & Exchanges

David Koma offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as evening wear with removed seals or personalized pieces, are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the David Koma security tag remains intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid DHL return shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at a designated collection point; once our atelier inspects the quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
